Rock Meridian Partners is the private investment office of the Kaya family. We invest our own capital, on our own terms, across generations rather than cycles.

In Turkish, Kaya means rock. The name is not a metaphor we chose; it is one we inherited. It shapes how we invest: in real assets, in places we know, with partners we intend to keep.

The meridian is the line we work along, from the United Kingdom through Europe to the Middle East and North Africa. Hotels, hospitality platforms and real estate that reward patience and care in ownership.
